Overview

Finance

Every month in the period. Profit stays blank for months that haven't happened yet, so the view isn't dragged down by costs with no billings against them.

Cumulative billings against target

Actual versus the straight-line pace needed

Cost base

What has to be covered before a pound is profit

Candidates

Everyone on the books, their documents, and the roles they have been put forward for.

Records

Placements

VAT, gross invoice value, commission and billing month all calculate from the fee and the consultant.

Records

Roles

Every live role and who is on it. Open one to work its shortlist stage by stage.

Records

Pipeline

Stage sets the default probability; you can override it per opportunity. Weighted value is fee multiplied by probability.

Records

Clients

Companies, the branches and sites under them, and the people you deal with at each.

The numbers

Every client name on a placement or a job, grouped where the spelling differs
Records

Consultants

Period and targets

Costs and tax

Base salaries are calculated from the consultants table, not entered here

Pipeline stages

Rename a stage or change the default weighting applied when an opportunity moves into it. Renaming changes the label everywhere; existing opportunities keep their stage.

CV search

Documents are read when they're uploaded. Anything uploaded before this was added needs reading once.

Only the text is kept, and only so searches can look inside a CV.

Headed paper

The letterhead on anything printed, and the notice at the foot of it. Keystone's own are built in — replace them here if the branding changes.

Candidate colours

The dots beside a candidate's name. Set them to whatever your team reads fastest — hovering one always says what it means.

Candidate stages on a job

The columns on a job page. Rename them, add your own, and set which pipeline stage each one moves the job to.

Lists & defaults

Defaults for new records, when an invoice counts as overdue, and the names used for statuses, types and role categories

Column layouts

Drag any column heading to move that column, and use the ☰ button at the right of a table's headings to show or hide columns. Layouts sync to every device.
